Every girl has a folder full of things she wishes someone had taught her sooner. Hair secrets. Beauty rituals. Body care. Skincare. Girl wellness. Products actually worth knowing about. And all those little things girls somehow learn from other girls.

So I started overthinking it doing research.

This is where beauty curiosity meets research — a growing collection of the things we hear from friends, see in beauty routines, save from the internet, discover in magazines, find on our shelves, and inevitably end up wondering:

not everything viral is true either.

Some things are backed by good evidence. Some are promising but still being studied. Some are wonderful for cosmetic reasons even if they don’t perform the miracle the internet promised. And some are simply very good at going viral.

The point isn’t to take the fun out of beauty — it’s to make knowing more part of the fun.

Because this isn’t meant to feel like another endless beauty feed. Think of it more like opening the drawer of a very well-informed friend — notes, research, secrets, little discoveries, questions, products, routines, and things worth remembering.
